Flexi Rates: A valid credit card is required to secure your booking, but we won’t charge it at the time of reservation. Payment is made directly to the hotel upon arrival.
Non-Refundable Rates: Full payment will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee your booking within 24 hours of confirmation. If payment is unsuccessful, your booking may be cancelled.
Flexi Rates: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before 2 pm on your arrival day to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation.
Non-Refundable Rates: These bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed.
No-Show: If you don’t arrive for your stay, the total accommodation cost (including GST) for the first night will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee your booking.

Children aged 12 and under stay free when using existing bedding and staying with a paying adult. The number of children permitted depends on room type. For extra adults, there is a charge of NZ$45 per person per night.
Guests with Disability Assist Dogs are welcome in all rooms—not just pet-friendly ones! Assist dogs must be certified by an approved organisation such as the Blind Foundation, Assistance Dogs NZ, or Hearing Dogs for Deaf People NZ.
To ensure a responsible and enjoyable environment, all guests must comply with the Sale of Liquor Act 2012. Alcohol may not be consumed in the carpark or public areas, and we reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests or minors.
JetPark Hotels has a strict no-party policy to maintain a peaceful stay for all guests. Noise levels are monitored, and one warning will be given. If the warning is ignored, all occupants will be asked to leave immediately, and one night’s accommodation charge will apply.
For safety reasons, a maximum of four additional guests may visit your room at any time. All visitors must leave by 10 pm. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
JetPark Hotels are 100% smoke-free, including balconies and public areas. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes. A cleaning fee of NZ$230 will apply if smoking occurs inside rooms or other restricted areas.
Fire exit instructions are located in corridors, lobbies, and inside your room. In case of evacuation, follow staff instructions and proceed to the designated Evacuation Point.
Tampering with or removing smoke detectors is strictly prohibited and will incur a NZ$400 fine.
We take great care in providing a comfortable space—please treat it with respect. If any damage or breakages occur, please notify us. Guests may be responsible for repair or replacement costs due to damage or excessive cleaning needs.
Throwing or pouring objects/liquids from balconies or windows is strictly forbidden. Such actions may be treated as malicious assaults and reported to authorities. If found responsible, your stay will be terminated immediately, and one night’s accommodation will be charged.
All room rates are in NZ Dollars (NZD) and include 15% GST (or as legislated).
A credit card pre-authorisation or cash bond of NZ$200 per room is required to cover any incidentals, damages, or extra cleaning costs. The primary guest is responsible for all charges related to the room, including those caused by other guests.
